REFUND POLICY

Workshops and services

Bookings for Mental Sensual workshops are considered confirmed upon payment.

In case of cancellation by the participant:

  • up to 7 days prior → full refund or credit
  • 7 to 3 days prior → 50% refund or credit
  • less than 72 hours prior → no refund

Alternatively, you can:
- transfer the booking to another person (after notifying us)

In case of cancellation by the organization:
- a full refund or rescheduling will be offered

Products (Shop)

For hygiene and safety reasons:

 - intimate products are not returnable if opened or used

Refunds can only be requested if:

  • product is defective
  • order error

The request must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Refund method

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used.
