TERMS AND CONDITIONS – MENTAL SENSUAL WORKSHOP
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in workshops, courses and ateliers organized by Mental Sensual.
By registering for one of the events, the user fully accepts the conditions described herein.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Mental Sensual workshops and ateliers are educational and training experiences dedicated to personal well-being, body awareness, and relationships.
They do not constitute in any way:
- medical services
- therapeutic treatments
- professional psychological consultations
2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation is exclusively reserved for adults (18+).
By participating, the user declares:
- to be in good psychophysical condition
- to participate voluntarily
- to take responsibility for their own experience
3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Participation in workshops is confirmed only after:
- completion of the registration form
- full payment (if required)
Mental Sensual reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in case of organizational needs or inappropriate behavior.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
In case of cancellation by the participant:
- within [10 days] before the event → full refund or credit
- within [5 days] → partial refund or credit
- less than [less than 5 days] → no refund
In case of cancellation by the organization:
- a full refund or a new date will be offered
5. CONDUCT AND RESPECT
The workshops are based on a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment.
The following are not tolerated:
- offensive or intrusive behavior
- lack of respect towards other participants
- non-consensual attitudes
Mental Sensual reserves the right to remove anyone who does not respect these rules, without obligation of refund.
6. CONSENT AND RESPONSIBILITY
Some activities may include experiential exercises or guided interactions.
Each participant is free to:
- choose whether or not to participate
- stop at any time
Consent is always:
- free
- explicit
- revocable
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mental Sensual is not responsible for:
- any physical or emotional discomfort arising from participation
- lost or damaged personal items
- individual behavior of participants
Participation takes place under the full responsibility of the user.
8. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants commit to respecting the privacy of others.
It is not permitted to:
- record video or audio without consent
- share personal information of other participants
9. WORKSHOP CHANGES
Mental Sensual reserves the right to:
- modify content, dates or times
- replace facilitators
- adapt the program
based on organizational needs.
10. IMAGE RIGHTS
Any photos or visual content may only be used with the explicit consent of the participants.
11. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
For any disputes, the competent court is that of the owner's place of residence.
